1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all competitions (“Competitions”) operated by Go Fox Yourself Ltd the (“Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through our website www.gofoxyourself.com (“the website”).
1.2 By entering any of our competitions, you (“the Player”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

3. The Promoter
3.1 The promoter reserves the right to refuse a player entry into a competition or disqualify any incomplete entry, if it has reasonable grounds for believing that the player has contravened any of these terms and conditions.
3.2 The promoter has final decision on all things to do with the competitions, prizes, rules, and winners.
3.3 Takes all photographs used in the competitions and selects all balls and foxes used. We also select where on the balls or foxes the red dot goes and write all the clues. No third party is used for any of this process. This way we can ensure that each game remains skill based and not a lucky guess.
4. Eligibility
4.1 To participate in our competitions, you must be:
4.1.1 At least 18 years old
4.1.2 Be a resident of the United Kingdom
4.1.3 Not be an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Go Fox Yourself Ltd.
4.1.4 Not be in the photograph used for the competition you enter.
5. The Player
5.1 All our competitions are skilled “find the ball” competitions. We do not conduct lucky or random prizes draws. You will never need to guess where a panel of judges have made their guess. The more you practice and hone your skills, the better your chance of winning becomes.
5.1.1 Players must be members by joining us “free” via the official form on our website.
5.1.2 Each player will read the clues and see the picture before the must select a spot and pay.
5.1.3 Players can have multiple entries to the same competition. Although we do not advise this. Being skilled based and not random, you only need the one entry.
6. The Competitions
6.1 All competitions operated by the promoter on its website to win prizes are referred to respectively as the “competition” or the “competitions” in these terms and conditions.
6.2 Multiple competitions may be operated at the same time by the promoter and each competition will have a specific prize.
6.3 There is no cash alternative for prizes.
6.4 There is no closing date for competitions, they close when they are full.
6.5 If the competition has not been filled within 120 days of the start date, the competition will change to 60% cash prize of the players entry money and the closest player will win it.
6.6 All competitions are find the ball or fox. You are given clues as to the location of the missing ball or fox from the photograph. Armed with the knowledge of what you are looking for and where on the ball or fox the red dot is. You can then make a skilled decision.
7. Prizes
7.1 Details of the prizes will be provided on the competition page.
7.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.3 In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoter is final.
7.4 The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes once they are delivered to the players home address in the UK or collected by the players direct from the suppliers.
7.5 All expenses for the collection of prizes from the suppliers is the sole responsibility of the players.
7.6 All costs of delivery to the players home address in the UK for prizes will be covered by the promoter.
7.7 No insurance comes with any prize unless stated in the description.
8. Winers Selection
8.1 Winners are determined by their skill in accurately finding the ball or fox in our competitions. There are no random or lucky draws involved in our prize distribution.
8.2 Winners will be notified by phone and via email within 2 working days of the competition being full.
8.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.
8.4 Winners agree that their photos may be used for marketing and promotion purposes and that their names can be posted on our winners’ page.
9. Privacy
9.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to administer the competition.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
10.1.1 Your participation in the competition.
10.1.2 Any technical issues or failures with the website.
10.1.3 Any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
